Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items handed over for transportation or courier are legal, safe and properly declared.

• Do not include prohibited, hazardous or illegal items in the shipment.
• Ensure correct description of goods and their value.
• Properly pack and secure items if self-packed by the customer.
• Be available or arrange authorised representatives at pickup and delivery points.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

Pawan Relocations does not accept shipments containing prohibited, dangerous or restricted items.

• Explosives, flammable materials and hazardous chemicals.
• Illegal substances or contraband.
• Perishable goods without proper arrangements.
• Cash, jewellery, precious stones and high-value documents unless agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

While Pawan Relocations takes reasonable care in handling and transporting your goods, our liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with applicable laws and the service terms agreed at the time of booking.

We shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including business loss, delay penalties or loss of profit.
